Chewiest brownies

2ND - chewiest... hehe =P
CHEWIEST BROWNIES


INGREDIENTS:



100 GMS OF CHOCOLTE OR 50 GM OF CHOCOLATE & 50 GM OF NUTELLA

55 GMS MELTED BUTTER

2 TABLESPOON OF CASTER SUGAR

1 EGG

1/8 TEASPOON OF SALT

3 1/2 TABLESPOON OF ALL PURPOSE FLOUR (PLAIN)

1 TEASPOON OF VANILLA ESSENCE

CORNFLAKES (OPTIONAL)

WALNUT OR ALMOND (OPTIONAL)




METHOD:


1. MELT CHOCOLATE & BUTTER USING DOUBLE-BOILED METHOD


2. ADD & MIX IN SUGAR, EGG, SALT, FLOUR AND VANILLA ESSENCE


3. ADD IN (OPTIONAL)


4. GREASE PAN WITH CAKE PAPER & SPREAD ABOVE ON PAN


5. BRING IT TO BAKE AT 150 C / 300 F DEGREES FOR ABOUT 30 MINS.


6. COOL COMPLETELY BEFORE CUTTING IT INTO SQUARES.
