How to cut cheeze cakes?
Hint: warm up knife before cutting ... Soap knife in hot water, dry it with cloth immediately and cut the cake =)

| INGREDIENTS: | |
| 100 GMS OF CHOCOLTE OR 50 GM OF CHOCOLATE & 50 GM OF NUTELLA | |
| 55 GMS MELTED BUTTER | |
| 2 TABLESPOON OF CASTER SUGAR | |
| 1 EGG | |
| 1/8 TEASPOON OF SALT | |
| 3 1/2 TABLESPOON OF ALL PURPOSE FLOUR (PLAIN) | |
| 1 TEASPOON OF VANILLA ESSENCE | |
| CORNFLAKES (OPTIONAL) | |
| WALNUT OR ALMOND (OPTIONAL) | |
| METHOD: | |
| 1. | MELT CHOCOLATE & BUTTER USING DOUBLE-BOILED METHOD |
| 2. | ADD & MIX IN SUGAR, EGG, SALT, FLOUR AND VANILLA ESSENCE |
| 3. | ADD IN (OPTIONAL) |
| 4. | GREASE PAN WITH CAKE PAPER & SPREAD ABOVE ON PAN |
| 5. | BRING IT TO BAKE AT 150 C / 300 F DEGREES FOR ABOUT 30 MINS. |
| 6. | COOL COMPLETELY BEFORE CUTTING IT INTO SQUARES. |
non-bake tiramisu cake

| NON- BAKE TIRAMISU CAKE |
| INGREDIENTS: |
| 14 oz (200g) of Vicenzovo ladyfinger biscuits |
| 14 oz (200g) of mascarpone (Italian cream cheese) |
| 2 eggs |
| 2 oz (100g) / 2 tbsp of sugar |
| 1 cup of strong black coffee |
| 1 oz (30g) of cocoa powder |
| 1 tsp of vanilla essence. |
| 1 tbsp of milk |
| Orange flavor |
| 1 1/2 oranges - peel and cut into small cubes |
| PREPARATIONS: |
| 1) Separate the egg whites and egg yolks. |
| 2) Beat the eggs yolks and sugar together into smooth creamy consistency. |
| 3) Add the mascarphone cheese, milk and vanilla essence and leave it to set. |
| 4) Beat egg whites until soft peak appear and fold into the mixture. |
| (for thicker mixture should beat the egg white longer until foamy) |
| 5) Chill for 1 hour. |
| 6) Pour coffee on a tray and soap ladyfinger biscuits into coffee one at time slightly |
| (for better coffee flavour should add lesser water for the coffee & soap biscuits at a shorter time) |
| 7) Line the bottom of an oblong mold or pan with half the biscuits and spread over half the cream |
| mixture. |
| * for orange flavour - drop some orange cubes onto the cream. |
| 8) Cover with remaining biscuits and then the rest of the cream mixture. |
| 9) Cover top layer with shift cocoa and chill for 4 hours before serving. |
